Seven questions to ask before ordering a business website
Define your goal, content, order flow, budget and ownership before agreeing on a website.

A useful site is more than a nice design. Agree on these points before development starts.
1. What should customers do?
Choose the main action: learn about a service, call, book or order. Make it clear on mobile.
2. Who supplies the content?
Agree on copy, logos and image permissions. Product pictures must match their sizes. Flag changing prices early.
3. Where do requests go?
Choose WhatsApp, Telegram or an admin dashboard; decide who follows up and what happens if submission fails. Test the whole flow.
4. Who can make updates?
Define permissions and whether staff need individual editing, spreadsheet imports or reviewed image reading.
5. What will it cost later?
Ask about hosting, domain renewal, maintenance and usage limits for messaging or image-reading services.
6. Who owns the accounts and data?
Prefer accounts controlled by the business, with appropriate developer permissions, backups and a recovery plan.
7. How will you accept the work?
Agree on scope, timing and revisions. Test mobile, links, order submission and failure cases before launch.
